How Do I Place An Order?
Shopping at Perfects Gifts is quick and easy.All products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated.
HOW TO ORDER?
Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories on the left of the screen or at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.When you find a product you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your basket.
The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT. You need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to shop here. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept cookies you will not be able to buy from Perfects Gifts website. Your Web browser will probably be automatically set to use cookies - click here to check your Web browser.
Your card details are verified automatically online by PayPail.com, the Worldwide leading processor of secure online payments. When you have finished shopping, click the 'Go to Checkout' link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card (using paypal without register to paypal) or PayPal. Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.
AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the delivery address.Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.When your order is despatched, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking code
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal ONLY.Your order may be canceled if payment is not received or special arrangements have not been made.Please remember that purchases paid to Paypal by check can take days to clear and your order will not be shipped until then.
Shipping
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure your current address is on file. All orders will ship to this address. If you would like your purchase to go to a different address please specify the third party address in the “message to seller” box when ordering.
Perfects Gifts can not be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses.
Items Lost : Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the Mexican Postal Service, USPS or International Post or UPS for standard and express shipping.All orders all packed with special care with lots of attention given to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, things do happen - so insurance is strongly suggested. We cannot be responsible for any damages or lost items caused by the Mexican Postal Service, USPS or International Post or UPS for standard and express.
If you would like to add insurance and or delivery confirmation, please let us know and we will adjust the rates accordingly.***WE DONT MAKE CANCELATIONS IN ANY ORDERS
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped via the Mexican Post Office by registered mail with tracking number.Due we are located in Mexico City, the shipping time is as follow:USA / CANADA Economic shipping by default in all our listings takes between 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. If you need sooner, please contact us for this shipping upgrades-Standard Shipping , arrives in less 10 working days (USA only)-Express Shipping, arrives in less 3 to 5 working days.

Returns & Refunds
We lovingly created each and every item that leaves our shop and we take great pride and care in creating and shipping them.
Please keep in mind that all items are handcrafted, so no two will be exactly alike which is part of the beauty of buying handmade. That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please note that monitor colors vary greatly- colors may appear different in person. If you have any questions or concerns convo us!
Once we ship the item we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail and are unable to provide refunds for such events. If you would like to insure your package please send me a message and I will add the additional cost to your order.
Custom orders are nonrefundable.
After an order is ship, we dont accept any cancellation or refund.
In costumes we don’t make refunds or exchanges for hygienic reason.

Cancelation of an order requested by buyers have reestoking fee of $5 usd and can only be 24hrs after the puchase and only if the package was not sent yet.
